CLAREMORE, Okla. -- The Lyon College Scots rallied from a one-goal deficit in the first half to thunder past Rogers State for a 2-1 road victory on Friday evening in a nonconference match.
Lyon (2-0-1) ran its season-opening unbeaten string to three matches and handed Rogers State (0-1-1) its first loss of the season.

Gueorgui Tchamkoriyski got his team back in the game in the 12th minute with a header goal off a pass from Bill Jeffries. Freshman
Martel Reid-Warden put Lyon ahead for good on an unassisted goal in the 31st minute. Reid-Warden's goal was his second goal of the season.

Matt Kelly notched all 90 minutes in goal and saved six shots for the win.
Lyon's next match is scheduled for Sept. 7th at Bacone College. Kickoff is set for 3 p.m. at Muskogee, Okla.
